What is organic food?
Organic food is the food produced by farmers without the use of synthetic chemicals such as human made pesticides, fertilizers and does not contain GMOs that is Genetically Modified Organism. It protects the environment and is sustainable.
What is GMO and its impact on health?
Genetically Modified Organism also known as âGenetically Engineered Foodsâ produced from the organism that have changes introduced to their DNA by using methods of genetic engineering.
GMO food may cause adverse effects on health such as pancreatic, renal, and hepatic and many more.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently but we might in future. Currently we are delivering PAN India.
What does âCertified Organicâ mean?
The National Organic Program (NOP) has developed certain rules and regulations for the production, handling labelling and enforcement of all organic food. NOP states that âOrganic Foodâ must be produced without the use of conventional pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers and genetic engineering.
Therefore, this certification is intended to assure consumers that a product produced is according to the organic standards.
What is the difference between âOrganicâ and âNaturalâ?
 Organic foods are foods grown without the use of artificial pesticides, fertilizers whereas Natural foods are foods free of synthetic or artificial ingredients.

What are the modes of payments?
Payments can be made via Net banking, UPI, credit/debit card (VISA/ Master/ Rupay ) and cash on delivery with additional charges âč50.
What are your delivery and shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders worth âč1000 and above. For Orders less than 1000âč there will be an additional charge of 100âč
What are the order cancellation charges and Policy?
As we sell perishable items the cancellation is accepted only before we dispatch. Once we dispatch the goods, cancellation is not accepted by the system. On cancellation the refund will be initiated within seven days.
What is your return Policy?
Grocery is a perishable item and therefore once it is dispatched we do not entertain and encourage any return. Return will be entertained only if you find the Product defective or not meeting Product details as per our description only if the Packs are unopened. For return if any please write to us at support@divinityorganics.in with your reason and photo of the pack. We will respond to you within 48 hours and on confirmation the refund will be initiated.

What is the expected delivery time?
You can expect the delivery within 24 to 48 hours in and around Bangalore & 2 to 7 days Pan India.

 We hand pick all the products so there might be incidents of human error. Once after verification the refund will be initiated.
